Frequently Asked Questions

What is coworking and cowarehousing?

Coworking provides flexible access to shared office space, allowing professionals to work, meet with clients, and collaborate without the cost or commitment of traditional leasing. Cowarehousing extends that concept by offering on-site storage for samples, materials, and project items — giving designers and creative professionals a convenient, all-in-one hub for both office and operations.

Do I have to be an interior designer to utilize Raleigh Workup?

Because our community thrives on shared industry challenges and opportunities, Raleigh Workup is reserved for designers and professionals whose work supports interior design and the creative build environment. This focus allows every member to benefit from meaningful connections and relevant resources.

Is parking free and accessible?

Yes. We offer free on-site parking, and the space is easily accessible for members, clients, and event guests. No meters, no permits, no stress.

Are the commitment terms flexible?

We offer month-to-month flexibility on most coworking plans so your membership can grow with you. Private offices do require a 12-month commitment, ensuring dedicated space is consistently available for members who need long-term support.

Can you bring guests?

We love when members bring clients, collaborators, or partners into the space. Guests can join you for meetings or short work sessions. If they’d like to use the space regularly, we’re happy to recommend the right membership.
