Meet Our Founder
Founder, Community Builder and Creative Visionary
I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals unlock and embrace their full potential. Through Raleigh Workup, I’ve created a space where interior design entrepreneurs and creatives can turn ideas into action — a place where genuine support, shared wisdom, and meaningful connection allow the most beautiful dreams to take root and flourish.
As a thought leader in creative entrepreneurship and community building, I believe in the power of collaboration, intentional growth, and designing a business that aligns with both purpose and lifestyle. My work is grounded in empathy, encouragement, and a steadfast belief that success is most sustainable when built together.
A Raleigh native, I’m a proud graduate of Elon University with honors from the Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellows Program and a BA in Communications. For over 20 years, I’ve helped lead and grow a seven-figure, debt-free family business within the luxury home industry — an experience that continues to shape my perspective on leadership, resilience, and the beauty of building something lasting.
I love a mean chili, a good paintbrush, soul music, the smell of ripe peaches, dance parties in the kitchen, finding harmony in nature, and above all, the quiet joy of holding a tiny hand.
